About us

CAVALIER was founded in mid-2025 out of a simple need — we wanted to drink good coƯee. Not coƯee that demands attention, but coƯee you return to every day.

As passionate coƯee drinkers, we set out to find a bean that is balanced, approachable, and reliable — both in cafés and at home. We found it in Brazil, in the mountains of the Caparaó region, where Arabica coƯee is grown at 1,200 meters above sea level.

We source our beans with care, while roasting, packaging, and quality control take place in Croatia, in small batches and without haste. We don’t chase trends or hide flavour behind overly dark roasts — our goal is a clean, consistent, and recognizable cup.
